Discussing Incontinence Solutions – Catholic Health Sponsors Free* Dinner Program

While incontinence affects all types of people, women experience incontinence – the loss of bladder or bowel control – twice as often as men. If an unexpected cough or sneeze, lifting a heavy object, or laughing too hard, sends you running to the nearest bathroom, you are not alone.

Catholic Health is sponsoring a free* dinner program entitled, “Urinary and Fecal Incontinence: What Are My Options?” on Tuesday, September 26, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at Michael’s Catering & Banquets, 4885 Southwestern Boulevard, Hamburg.

Join nationally-recognized physician experts Ali Ghomi, MD, and Daniel Leberer, MD, for a frank discussion about this very common, but rarely talked about topic. Learn more about the surgical and non-surgical treatment options available to help you better manage or eliminate incontinence in your life, and get any questions you might have answered.

“Urinary and Fecal Incontinence: What Are My Options?” is free* and open to the public. A complimentary dinner will be served. Reservations are required by calling Catholic Health’sHealthConnection at 447-6205.

*Catholic Health invites area residents to attend up to three free dinner programs per calendar year. After that, admission for each program is $20 and includes a three-course dinner.
