Healthy Living for your Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research
The Healthy Habits for a Healthier You program provides current research and practical information on ways to age well. You’ll receive information about current research (what we know) and practical strategies (what we can do) in the following for areas: Cognitive activity, physical health and exercise, diet and nutrition, and social engagement.

This class is open to the public (people in the LGBTQ community as well as allies) and includes Dinner. Please RSVP to Rachel Parrino at RParrino@pridecenterwny.org with the class date and any special dietary requirements at least 24 hours before the class.
