Niagara County Department of Health organizing 2ndAnnual Community Resource Fair

Niagara County Department of Health’s Nursing Division is organizing the 2ndAnnual Community Resource Fair to be held August 14, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the front lawn of the Trott Access Center, 1001 – 11thStreet in Niagara Falls.

The 2018 Community Resource Fair was a great success, and agencies that participated last year are encouraged to participate this year.  The agencies from the last resource fair varied fromnutrition, mental health, sexual health, family/parenting services, safety, health insurance and legal services, to name a few.  The resource fair is a great way for agencies to tell the community about their organization, make community members aware of available services, and to bring the community together in a positive way. Niagara County Public Health Nurse Kris Wolf says, “We had some really great agencies participating last year with a great turnout.  For this year’s event, we are hoping for additional agencies that offer services to the community.”

New interested agencies or vendors are encouraged to call Kris Wolf, Public Health Nurse at 278-1902 or email her at  Niagara County residents interested in attending the event are encouraged to mark their calendars and are also welcome to call for more information.
