Join yoga instructor Janis Graham for a session that is designed to quiet the mind while improving strength, mobility, and balance focusing on Hatha and Vinyasa Flows. All levels are welcome, even beginners. This class is open to the public and requires reservations by calling 716-649-1205. All registrants please enter via the gated courtyard behind the facility where there is ample parking available. Doors open at 12:30pm.
