Yoga is a great activity for the mind, body, and soul. Join Janis Graham for a session that is designed to quiet the mind and help improve strength, balance and mobility. All levels are welcome, even beginners. This class is FREE and open to the public. Reservations are required by calling 716-649-1205. All registrants please enter via the gated courtyard behind the facility where there is ample parking available.
