The coronavirus pandemic changed our lives, and while we are on the road to recovery, truth is that some losses will never leave us. It’s a lot to process. Need to talk it out? Crisis Counselors from NY Project Hope will lead “Pandomournium,” a group session for anyone who wants to talk, listen, or engage around their COVID-19 feelings. Christine Ziemba, project director at Spectrum Health and Human Services, choreographed the dance to Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” anthem to pride and individuality. Ziemba is a life-long dancer: she’ll teach the routine during her weekly session on Spectrum Health’s Community of Caring, an online resource developed to encourage engagement during the darkest days of pandemic quarantine.
