Neighborhood Legal Services Staff Attorney Kristen O’Connor provides free, confidential, and unbiased student loan counseling to people of all incomes in the WNY community. This includes people who may be eligible for a Total and Permanent Disability Discharge (TPD), as well as older adults with student loans, including Parent Plus loans.
