DESCRIPTION:Spectrum Health and Human Services will kick off Women’s History Month with a free webinar – WNY Women Talk Mental Health – on Wednesday\, March 4\, beginning at Noon. \nThis lively panel discussion will cover a variety of wellness-related topics\, from personal resiliency\, health equity\, coping and calming techniques\, and how the arts encourage wellness for performers and audience members.
