The Ideal You – WNY Weight Loss Center and Protein Protocol

According to the World Health Organization, “Overweight and obesity are the fifth leading risk for global deaths. At least 2.8 million adults die annually from being overweight, 44% from diabetes, 23% from heart disease, and between 7% and 41% of certain cancers are attributable to being overweight or obesity.”

After studying the role of insulin and pancreatic dysfunction and its relationship to obesity, Dr. Tran Tien Chanh of Paris University concluded that weight loss is essential for treating type II diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic diseases. After finding poor eating choices and lifestyle habits are causes of weight gain and hindrances to weight loss, he developed a weight loss protocol called Ideal Protein.

So what is the Ideal Protein diet, and does it really work? Susie Dobbs, age 39, of Lancaster reached her limit after weighing in at 209 pounds. Now, five months later she is 153 pounds, and attributes her 56-pound weight loss to Ideal You. She says, “Most of the people in my family could stand to lose weight.
