Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center today announced Tiffany Cook, M.S., has been named director of its Adult and Children’s Health Homes.  The announcement was made by Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Sheila K. Kee.

A healthcare administrator with more than 17 years of experience, Cook was awarded a master’s degree in Health Service Administration from Strayer University in Charlotte, NC after earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Medaille College.  She is a doctoral candidate in Health Service Administration at D’Youville College.

Cook most recently served as manager of Provider Engagement & Integration for BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York and is an adjunct professor in the Health Administration Program at Bryant & Stratton College. She was previously senior practice administrator for Ambulatory Care Services at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Institute and regional assistant vice president of operations for the Carolinas Health Care System in Charlotte.

A Certified Executive Leadership Coach and Certified Professional in Healthcare Management, Cook is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Academy of Professional Coders and the Gamma Phi Omega (Buffalo) Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

At Memorial she will oversee the operations of a dynamic, multi-faceted adult and children’s health home care management team that strives to improve the health and quality of life for thousands of Niagara County residents with a focus on delivering an integrated and coordinated experience across the continuum of care.
