Decadent Flourless Chocolate Meringue Cookies
gluten free and delicious!

Ingredients (36 cookies)

1 cup (6oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 egg whites 
1/8 tsp salt
½ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp white vinegar
¾ cup finely chopped walnuts


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Melt chocolate
  • Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. 
  • Add sugar to egg whites gradually and beat until stiff peaks form 
  • Add vanilla and vinegar
  • Fold in melted chocolate and nuts
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
