Decadent Flourless Chocolate Meringue Cookies
gluten free and delicious!
Ingredients (36 cookies)
1 cup (6oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp salt
½ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp white vinegar
¾ cup finely chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt chocolate
- Beat egg whites with salt until foamy.
- Add sugar to egg whites gradually and beat until stiff peaks form
- Add vanilla and vinegar
- Fold in melted chocolate and nuts
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
