This workshop provides an understanding of the mediation process in Special Education dispute, knowing parental rights and learning the benefits of mediation.
Mediation is usually a faster and more affordable way for both sides to settle disagreements. Mediation provides opportunity for the parent/guardian and the school district to talk through the issues and work together on a solution that is going to provide support for the student.
