Always free, always inclusive, classes are ongoing at parks throughout Western New York — Amherst, Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Clarence, Jamestown, Lancaster, Lewiston, Lockport, Olcott, Orchard Park, and Tonawanda – giving local communities access to healthy and fun physical activities. Class types range from cardio kickboxing, cardio dance and Zumba to Pilates, yoga, and strength training.
