The Virtual Hospice Memorial Walk, presented by Wegmans, will take place on
Saturday, May 15 and Sunday, May 16. Walkers are encouraged to walk a route of their choice or chose from a predesigned route on either Saturday or Sunday. Afterwards, teams and individuals are invited to place their ribbon on the memorial wreath and stroll down “memory lane”, located at the Wilson Support Center on the Hospice Mitchell Campus, 150 Bennett Road Buffalo, NY 14227. On campus, we ask that walkers wear face coverings, socially distance, and be mindful of others waiting.
Walkers can register for $35 by visiting HospiceMemorialWalk.com. Here, walkers can form a team, join a team, or register as an individual. All registered walkers will receive an official Hospice Memorial Walk t-shirt and two memorial ribbons- one to proudly wear and one to place on the memorial wreath. The registration fee also counts towards individual and team fundraising goals. The Hospice Memorial Walk is a 25-year-long tradition that has allowed thousands of families and loved ones to pay tribute to those no longer with us. We invite the community to register, have some fun, and honor your loved ones!

The Hospice Memorial Walk is one of the largest fundraisers for Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo, raising $4.7 million over the past 25 years.
