Buffalo-based medical group acquires Lockport women’s health practice
Buffalo, N.Y. (June 28, 2019): General Physician, PC is pleased to announce the addition of a new medical practice.
On July 10, Eastern Niagara Obstetrics and Gynecology will become General Physician, PC Obstetrics and Women’s Health — Lockport. The office will remain at its current location, 175 Walnut Street, Lockport.
Dr. Roger Jammal, Dr. Angelo Campagna and Dr. Sangeeta Gupta will remain with the practice and care of their patients will continue uninterrupted. The practice is also accepting new patients.
“With Eastern Niagara Hospital closing its maternity ward, it is a time of uncertainty for women in Niagara County,” Dr. Gupta said. “We want the public to know that we are fully committed to the continued care of our patients and to meeting the healthcare needs of all women in Niagara County.”
Dr. Gupta will continue to provide obstetrics and gynecology services. She will also now be delivering babies at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Dr. Campagna will also continue to provide obstetrics and gynecology services at the Lockport office, and Dr. Gupta will continue his gynecology practice at the Lockport office.

This is the latest in a series of openings and acquisitions for General Physician, PC.
