CLARENCE, NY – Montabaur Heights independent living apartments on The Brothers of Mercy Wellness Campus is hosting a free Veterans Resource Fair on Tuesday, August 13 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

 

There will be nine Veterans resource agencies and vendors from across Western New York gathering in the Event Center at Montabaur Heights at 4530 Ransom Road in Clarence. Light refreshments will be provided to attendees.

 

The following organizations are scheduled to host information tables during the event:

  • Alzheimer’s Association of Western New York
  • Suicide Prevention
  • Veterans One-Stop
  • Western New York National Cemetery
  • New York State Veteran Service Officer

  • Erie County Veterans Service Agency
  • Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York
  • Medicare & Medicaid
  • Buffalo Veterans Center

“Our residents and staff are pleased to partner with Veterans One-Stop to host this informational fair for Veterans,” said Ashlie Kohlhagen, Administrator of Montabaur Heights. “At Montabaur Heights alone, more than a quarter of our residents are Veterans, so there is great pride in our community for all branches of service. We welcome Veterans and their loved ones to join us for this event. While they are here, we will offer information about scheduling a private tour in any of our communities.”
