5th Annual MLB Play Ball Weekend Youth Clinic Returns to Buffalo
WHAT:
The Willie Hutch Jones Educational & Sports Program, in partnership with the Buffalo Bisons, will host its 5th Annual Play Ball Weekend Youth Clinic, a free baseball skills event designed to inspire young athletes to get active, learn the fundamentals of baseball, and enjoy America’s pastime.
The clinic will feature instruction in hitting, fielding, throwing, catching, base running, and other fundamental baseball skills, followed by a Home Run Derby competition.
Participants will receive:
- Two (2) FREE Buffalo Bisons tickets to Youth Baseball Day on Sunday, June 14, when the Bisons
take on the Syracuse Mets. The game also features the team’s popular Autograph Day. - Complimentary lunch, including hot dogs and refreshments.
- An opportunity to meet and take photos with Buster Bison, the Buffalo Bisons mascot.
- A FREE Franklin Bat & Ball Set for the first 200 youth participants.
