Mental health touches every family, every workplace, and every community.

On Saturday, October 17, Mental Health Advocates of WNY invites the community to come together for a day centered on movement, connection, and mental wellness at the MHA Yogathon at 500 Seneca Street in Buffalo.

Presented by the New Era Cap Foundation, this special event will bring nearly 200 people together inside the beautiful atrium at 500 Seneca for yoga, community, and an opportunity to support the critical work Mental Health Advocates provides.

With support from Power Yoga Buffalo and Vibe Yoga Lab, participants can move their bodies while supporting a mission that helps thousands of individuals and families navigate mental health challenges every year.

The MHA Yogathon isn’t about being the most experienced person on the mat. It’s about showing up, creating space for mental health conversations, and raising funds. This event enables Mental Health Advocates to continue providing education, peer support, advocacy, and resources to people throughout our community.

Participants are also encouraged to extend their impact beyond the mat through peer-to-peer fundraising, inviting friends, family members, and colleagues to support their participation and MHA’s mission.

Whether you’re an experienced yogi or stepping onto a mat for the very first time, you’re invited to be part of it. Join Mental Health Advocates of WNY on October 17 at 500 Seneca and move with us for mental health!  Tickets are available now, and sponsorship and vendor opportunities are available. Visit mhawny.org for details.

Together, we can move, connect, and continue building a Western New York community where mental health is supported, conversations are encouraged, and no one has to navigate their journey alone.
