A delicious, healthy and decadent dessert that won’t put on the pounds!

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 1 lb. fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 6 tbsp plain oats

Directions

  • Wash strawberries and slice them into quarters.
  • Add ¼ of the strawberries to four separate glasses.
  • Amongst the four glasses, divide 1 cup of yogurt and 3 tbsp oats, and pour over the strawberries.
  • Repeat with remaining berries and additional 1 cup yogurt and 3 tbsp oats. Use the remaining sliced berries to top each glass off.
