Mindfulness Seminar

The Breast Cancer Network of WNY presents this seminar as part of it monthly education program series for 2023. Guest speaker Julia Kress of The Himalayan Institute will speak about mindfulness and how to make that part of everyday living to reduce stress and anxiety. The evening will start at 6:00 PM with light refreshments provided by the Breast Cancer Network. Julia’s talk will begin at 6:30 and there will be an optional breast cancer support group following the program. This program will also be available virtually via Zoom Webinar. Registration is required.
