Take the next step of your healing path! Learn the history, principles, and uses of the universal energy called Reiki. You will learn the Usui Shiki Ryoho method. Anyone can be attuned; no prior knowledge is necessary. Interactive, hands-on class with booklet and certificate of completion provided taught by a certified educational teacher.
In Reiki I, you will learn the history and tradition of Reiki and how the energy works. Learn to work on yourself and others with plenty of practice time.

• Preparing a safe space
• History of Reiki and its origin
• Chakra System and energy
• Attunement to Reiki Level I
• Reiki Hand Placement; demonstration and practice
• Reiki for yourself, others and animals
• Self-Healing Meditation
• Daily Practice guidance
Upon completion of the class, you will receive the Level 1 Training Manual, Usui Reiki First Degree Certification, Level 1 Attunement, and ongoing mentoring. Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothes.
