Salt & Soul Day Retreat
Retreat Description:
A healing retreat designed to create serenity in your soul. This retreat will provide an opportunity for time to quiet the mind allowing us to reconnect to our soul.

Retreat details:
There is a morning and afternoon session. You can choose to attend 1 or both. Each session is priced individually, or you can purchase both at a discount.
Morning Session: 9a- 130p
The morning session will begin with a guided meditation designed to center and ground us into the space as we come together and release emotions that are not serving us. There will be a lecture on fostering trust within followed by a mini salt cave session. The morning session will conclude with a gallery style reading.
Afternoon Session: 2p-630p
The afternoon session will begin with a guided meditation designed to center and ground us into the space as we come together and release emotions that are not serving us. There will be a lecture on self-protection and grounding followed by a mini hand & foot detox session. The afternoon will conclude with a moon ceremony.
We ask that you bring your own water bottle, yoga mat/blanket for the meditation and recommend dressing comfortably. Dressing in layers with a sweatshirt or sweater that you can remove or put on as the different rooms have varying temperatures.
