24-hour event will raise funds for critical hospital programs and services; event to feature various donation opportunities and promotional activities including a radio promotion with Cumulus Media
BUFFALO, N.Y. [April 22, 2024] – John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital today announced that the inaugural 2024 Giving Day FOR Oishei Children’s Hospital (OCH) will be held on May 21, 2024, in partnership with Cumulus Media. The 24-hour event will be highlighted through radio promotion airing that day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on 103.3 The Edge, Classic Hits 104.1 and 97 Rock. Funds raised will support critical programs, services and care for the most vulnerable moms, kids and babies in Western New York.
Giving Day is also set to feature a series of special community events and corporate partner promotions organized in the weeks leading up to the event date. These activities will reinforce the crucial role that OCH plays in providing essential care to the community.

Donations made on Giving Day will ensure the hospital has the most advanced technology and equipment training and education for staff and provides an overall excellent experience to patients and their families through various support programs.
