INGREDIENTS
- Small pork shoulder (5 pounds)
- Barbecue sauce
- 1 mango
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup purple cabbage
- Cilantro
- Cavenne pepper
- Corn tortillas
- Top with Sadie’s Relish
DIRECTIONS
- Bake pork roast until meat falls part. shred, season with salt. pepper and add bbq sauce.
- Peel both mango and avocado and cube into half inch squares. Shred half cup of purple cabbage into thin slices.
- Dice cilantro, mix in with cabbage, avocado and mango. Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and stir.
