INGREDIENTS

  • Small pork shoulder (5 pounds)
  • Barbecue sauce
  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup purple cabbage
  • Cilantro
  • Cavenne pepper
  • Corn tortillas
  • Top with Sadie’s Relish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bake pork roast until meat falls part. shred, season with salt. pepper and add bbq sauce.
  2. Peel both mango and avocado and cube into half inch squares. Shred half cup of purple cabbage into thin slices.
  3. Dice cilantro, mix in with cabbage, avocado and mango. Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and stir.
