Elderwood at Williamsville 5-Star Rating reflects dedication and commitment of care


WILLIAMSVILLE, NY
– Elderwood at Williamsville, a subacute rehabilitation and long-term care community located at 200 Bassett Rd., Williamsville, has earned a Five-Star rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

“We are thrilled that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has recognized Elderwood at Williamsville with a Five-Star rating,” said Administrator Scott West. “The rating reflects the teamwork of staff across all shifts and departments to identify areas that we could improve, which related to care and how we deliver that care.”

The rating is based on statistics compiled by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services the facility’s internal reports and care plans, and results of New York State health inspections, with a focus on quality of care.

“We are fortunate to retain a stable and robust workforce, enabling us to meet the needs of all our residents. Our team has worked diligently to attain a high level of care,” said West. “As an administrator, I know that this rating is a testament to our cohesive, caring and dedicated team.”

The 200-bed residence providing skilled nursing, subacute care and rehabilitation to the people of Williamsville and the surrounding areas. Easily recognized by its unique, three-story atrium, Elderwood at Williamsville is located adjacent to picturesque Bassett Park.
