Start your weekend with the birds! Join Naturalist Tom Kerr at the NYPA Fishing Platform below the Robert Moses Dam. Every fall, thousands of Bonaparte’s Gulls congregate in the Niagara River. Watch them catch fish (or steal another Gull’s fish) up close before they head further south. Binoculars are available. Pre-registration is required. Meet at parking lot off Hyde Park Boulevard. Donations gratefully accepted.

The public is invited to a Craft Bazaar on Friday, December 1 from 10 am – 4 pm at The McGuire Group’s Harris Hill Nursing Facility, 2699 Wehrle Drive, Lancaster. The event is free and will include a unique variety of crafters with items including: embroidery art, beaded jewelry, hair bows, holiday decorations, cards and stationary, chocolates, Paparazzi Jewelry, refreshments and more.
