Buffalo, September 28, 2023 —Join Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo(HPCB)at this year’s Harvest Fest: A Symphony of Support, presented by M&T Bank. Harvest Fest, chaired by Catholic Health President & CEO Joyce Markiewicz and husband, Frank, will take place on Friday, October 13at Kleinhans Music Hall.

The award ceremony will honor two community leaders. The Hope, Care, & Dignity Award will be presented to Edward(Ted)F. Walsh, CEO, Walsh Duffield Companies, Inc., for his extraordinary support that he provides not only to Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo, but also for the symphony of support he provides throughout the Western New York Community. An inaugural Dr. Robert A. Milch Advocacy & Clinical Excellence Award, named in honor of HPCB’s co-founder, will be presented to Dr.Robert Zielinski, Associate Medical Director, Oncology, Buffalo Medical Group for his dedication to the ideals of patient care and advocacy.

”This year’s gala is sold out; however, the public can still participate in the fun, by purchasing tickets to the $5,000 cash prize raffle and/or by bidding in the silent auction.

Tickets for the $5,000 cash prize raffle are one ticket for $50 or three tickets for $125. The drawing will be held on Monday, October 16.
