Independent Health and its three affiliate companies, each recently named among the “Best Companies to Work for in New York 2021,” aim to fill 65 open positions immediately.

  • Independent Health is looking to fill 32 customer service representative positions and an additional 23 positions in various areas, including IT, marketing, and case managers and nurses.
  • Reliance Rx, Independent Health’s specialty pharmacy subsidiary for people living with severe and chronic medical conditions, is hiring three pharmacy patient care specialists.
  • Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions, Independent Health’s pharmacy benefit management (PBM) company, has open positions for a pharmacy help desk representative, quality assurance auditor, and pharmacy service technician.
  • Nova Healthcare Administrators, Independent Health’s administrator of self-funded employee benefit programs, seeks to hire several care navigators in its customer service department.

Independent Health ranked 8th out of the largest, most accomplished companies statewide and remains one of onlyfive companies to be named “one of the best companies to work for” in New York State for 14 straight years – as long as the “Best Companies” survey has been in existence. Independent Health affiliates ranked as follows:

  • Nova Healthcare Administrators, recognized for the fourth time, ranked as the 7th best company statewide in the large-size company category.
  • Reliance Rx, recognized for the third year, was ranked as the 8th best company in the state to work for in the small size company category.
  • Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions, a second-time finalist, was ranked 4th in the state in the medium size company category.
