WHAT: Catholic Health, the Town of Oyster Bay and Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center have teamed up to bring Empire State Ride Long Island back to Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park for a second year. This one-day cycling event takes riders through the scenic roads of Oyster Bay while raising critical funds for cancer research and clinical trials for patients on Long Island at Catholic Health. Taking place on Saturday, July 23, ESR Long Island offers three routes, 10, 25 and 62-miles, offering a perfect ride experience for any age or skill level.

WHO: Hear from Town of Oyster Bay Supervisor Joseph Saladino; Catholic Health’s President and CEO Patrick O’Shaughnessy, DO, MBA; Terry Bourgeois, ESR Long Island Founder; and Good Samaritan Cancer Institute patient Zita Murano.
