Join the Wine & Chocolate Train at the Medina Railroad Museum on Sunday, October 12, 2025. This two-hour adults-only ride features vintage rail travel, local wines, and artisan chocolates.

The journey departs at 11:30 AM from the museum’s historic station, offering a round-trip ride on the Medina Railroad Museum’s Train Excursion. Passengers will enjoy wine and chocolate tastings from top local producers along the way.

Highlights include:

  • Visit Della’s Chocolates booth at Spring Lake winery for a session on chocolate origins, flavors, and pairings led by local chocolatiers.
  • Spring Lake Winery in Lockport, NY, presents wine samples that reflect the esteemed Finger Lakes tradition, featuring distinctive varietals and the region’s characteristic depth.
  • A decadent portion of chocolate cake from Hans Bakery on Main, concluding the tasting experience with a quintessential local specialty.
  • Wine by the glass will be offered aboard, including a “Welcome” White wine variety as well as a Red Wine variety provided by Spring Lake. Wine by the glass or bottle and featured products from participating vendors will be available for purchase at the Winery. Guests will also have access to view the museum’s historic railroad artifact collection.
  • Tickets cost $70 per person on Coach cars and $90 on First Class (21+ only) and cover all tastings and experiences aboard the train. Boarding starts at 11:15 AM at 530 West Ave, Medina, NY.
