Join the Niagara County Department of Health and Legislator Tony Nemi for a Free Community Health Fair!
This family-friendly outdoor event brings together a diverse group of healthcare providers, public agencies, and community organizations to offer essential resources and support for residents of all ages. Whether you are looking for health screenings, safety training, or family resources, we are bringing everything together “under one roof” in our new facility parking lot.

Health Screenings: Free blood pressure and glucose screenings, plus early intervention screenings and assessments from university nursing programs.

Public Safety & Training: Hands-only CPR demonstrations, Narcan training, and child car seat safety checks.

Community Resources: Connect with representatives from the Office for the Aging, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, and Emergency Services.

Family & Education: Kindergarten registration (Lockport City School District), foster/adoption information, and support for first-time mothers.

Health Outreach: Education on Alzheimer’s, stroke prevention, tick disease prevention, nutrition, tobacco cessation, and immunizations.

NCDOH Services: Information on nursing programs and clinical services now offered in Lockport, including Sexual Health and Immunization clinics.
Win Prizes with our “Passport Journey”: Complete a “Passport Journey” by visiting different booths to gather information and earn a chance to win a gift card and other prizes! Many agencies will also be providing free informational materials, giveaways, and family-friendly activities.
