Spectrum Health and Human Services will kick off Women’s History Month with a free webinar – WNY Women Talk Mental Health – on Wednesday, March 4, beginning at Noon.

This lively panel discussion will cover a variety of wellness-related topics, from personal resiliency, health equity, coping and calming techniques, and how the arts encourage wellness for performers and audience members. This will be like chatting with your best girlfriends, with no topic too small to hold meaning.

Panelists include:

  • Kelly Marie Wofford, Director of Health Equity, Erie County;
  • Elizabeth Hole, Corporate Director of Outpatient Operations, Horizon Health Services;
  • Kate Hill, Administrative Director of Crisis Response and Community Wellness Services, Spectrum Health;
  • Sonja Upchurch, Certified Forensic Interviewer, Emet Interviewing; and
  • Victoria Perez, Chief Arts Education and Engagement Officer, Shea’s Performing Arts Center.

The discussion will be available on Zoom and on Spectrum Health’s Facebook page, where the recording will be posted after the live presentation.

Claudine Ewing, anchor-reporter for WGRZ, will moderate the discussion.
