F2F Program to Host “Holding On Without Holding Control” Forum
Buffalo, NY — June 16, 2026, 2026 — Family 2 Family, a program of Mental Health PEER Connection within the WNY Independent Living Inc. Family of Agencies, will host “Holding On Without Holding Control,” a community forum focused on compassion, boundaries, connection, and hope, on Monday, June 29, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 3108 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14214, in the Basement Job Club. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m.
The forum is designed for grandparents, parents, spouses, and adult children seeking support, connection, and practical tools for building healthier relationships with loved ones. Special guest speakers will guide conversations around healthy boundaries, healing, hope, and the importance of caring for yourself while supporting others.
