A new company called Horizon Health Alliance will bring together new corporate affiliates including Endeavor Health Services
Buffalo, NY (November 14, 2022) – Today Horizon Health announced its affiliation with Endeavor Health Services as part of their strategic plan to create a coordinated network of behavioral healthcare services across Western NY. This network—the Horizon Health Alliance—is the result of an initiative to partner with other behavioral healthcare organizations to meet the growing demand for services. Together, Horizon Health Alliance’s affiliated partners will provide a comprehensive spectrum of quality coordinated care for patients and their families. Endeavor Health Services, the inaugural affiliate, will continue to operate independently, while collaborating with the Alliance in key areas.

The Horizon Health Alliance affiliates will employ over 1,000 people and serve 30,000 patients. Horizon Health Alliance and Endeavor Health Services will immediately begin collaborating in four key areas: Data Analytics, Training, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging) Strategies, and Marketing.
