People Inc. is looking for compassionate, patient people to work in agency group homes as direct support professionals throughout Western New York, including Boston, Buffalo, East Aurora, Grand Island, Niagara Falls, Orchard Park, and West Seneca.
Full time, part-time and temporary positions are available, including evening, overnight, or weekend shifts.
Direct support professionals assist people with developmental disabilities or other special needs, as needed, in all activities, areas of daily living, and personal care.
The ideal candidate enjoys assisting others to reach their full potential. Positions are ideal for college students looking for either summer or year-round employment.
Requirements include: Being 18 years or older; having a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy; having a high school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. No experience is necessary and People Inc. offers comprehensive paid training.
