Courage of Carly Fund, Roswell Park Host Trunk or Treat for Pediatric Cancer Patients

WHAT:  Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Courage of Carly Fund have partnered to provide a safe and fun, socially-distanced Trunk or Treat drive-thru experience for families facing pediatric cancer and blood disorders in Western New York. More than 50 patients and their families, donning their Halloween costumes, will drive through a trunk or treat experience, thanks to 70 volunteers and Roswell Park employees. Volunteers who have decorated trunks in everything from spooky spiderwebs to superhero favorites will distribute individually packaged Halloween treats to families who otherwise might not be able to experience Halloween due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
