Niagara County Community Health Fair

This FREE Community Health Fair, sponsored by the Niagara County Department of Health and Legislator Tony Nemi, is open to the public! This outdoor event will feature resources and information from the Niagara County Department of Health and several other county departments including Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Office for the Aging, Sheriff’s Office, and Emergency Services. Connect with local health partners, learn about programs and services, take advantage of free health screenings, and complete a “Passport Journey” for a chance to win a gift card! This is a family-friendly event with activities for all ages including: child car seat safety checks, early intervention screening, kindergarten registration (Lockport City School District), blood pressure screening, Hands-only CPR, Narcan training, and education on Alzheimer’s, stroke prevention, nutrition, preparedness, tick disease prevention, immunizations, tobacco cessation, and much more!
