Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1 package (12 ounces) raw shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder, divided
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh spinach

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add butter, avocado oil, and shrimp. Mix in 1 tablespoon garlic powder and paprika. Remove the shrimp when they begin to turn pink; set them aside.
